3. How am I charged for Trash & Recycling?

SINGLE FAMILY PROPERTIES

• The Town charges a monthly fee of $14.00 per month for each SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE.
• The fee includes 1 trash bag per week – no sticker required.
• Curbside trash pickup is EVERY week and recycling pick up is EVERY OTHER week.
• ONE Trash sticker is required for each ADDITIONAL bag of trash at the curb.  

MULTI FAMILY RESIDENCE 

• The Town charges a monthly fee of $11.00 per month for each MULTI FAMILY PROPERTY.
• ALL BAGS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ONE TRASH STICKER ATTACHED.
• Curbside Trash pickup is EVERY week and recycling pickup is EVERY OTHER week.
• Trash stickers can be purchased for $2.50 per trash sticker.

BILLING

• The monthly fee will be ADDED to your Quarterly Water Bill as a SEPARATE charge.
• On each Quarterly Water Bill there will be the fee for 3 months of collection service.
• The program is billed on a monthly basis. The Town will NOT pro-rate any unused portion.

EXEMPTIONS
