The Department of Public Works is comprised of the Divisions of Water, Sewer, Road, Cemetery & Tree, Trash & Recycling and Landfill.
We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of all Clinton citizens, by providing the Town with the following services.

- Trash & Recycling Removal
- Maintenance of Public Roadways
- Care of Woodlawn & Reservoir Pines Cemeteries
- Maintenance of Sanitary Sewer System
Clinton Landfill Odor Complaint

Residents who wish to file a Clinton Landfill Odor related complaint should call the Clinton Landfill Odor Hotline at 585-453-2221.
When you call, you will be asked a series of questions:
your name, phone number, address, town, email, location of the odor, time odor was noticed, strength of the odor, and if there is permission to enter the property.

Central Park area, Water Street (entire length) and all side streets, Acre district (Cameron/Rte 70 to Wilson/Clamshell Rd) and all streets in between)
Thursday May 19
Acre district (Oak St, Chace St, Berlin Road and all side streets). Bolton /Lancaster Rd & Woodruff Heights areas

If your water is discolored, please run your water until it clears.
A faucet without an aerator is best, like the tub.
