Town Hall Building Manager Vacancy
    The Town of Clinton is seeking to appoint a qualified person to fill the postion of Building Manager for the Clinton Town Hall.  This position is full-time 35 hours/week (8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.) plus occasional nights/weekends for events coverage and shoveling duties during snowstorms.
    Applicants must have 3-5 years working knowledge of procedures, equiptment, materials and supplies used in the cleaning, maintenance and repair of buildings, mechanical systems and grounds with knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.  The successful candidate must be able to work independently, complete daily activities according to the work schedule, lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, prepare budgets, supervise employees, utilize email, communicate orally and in writing, use equipment and tools properly and safely, understand and follow written and oral instructions and establish effective working relationships with vendors, co-workers and the public.
