Plumbing and Gas Application Fees

  • Plumbing New Construction - $100.00 basic plus $10.00 per fixture.
  • Gas New Construction - $100.00 basic plus $20.00 per fixture.
  • Plumbing and Gas alterations, renovation and repairs - $60.00 basic plus $5.00 per fixture.
  • Residential and Commercial replacement or installation of gas, oil or electirc hot water or storage tanks - $60.00.
  • Commercial Plumbing repairs and alterations - $60.00 basic plus $10.00 per fixture.ons - $60.00 basic plus $20.00 per fixture.

    • Please note that a reinspection fee of $50.00 does apply.
    A separate permit shall be filed for each dwelling unit.

    Make checks payable to the TOWN OF CLINTON.

    Massachusetts Uniform application forms may be used.  Applications are available at the Board of Health Office, town website or from the Plumbing & Gas Inspector.  Applications and fees may be mailed to:
